Conferences

Phakalane Golf Estate Resort Hotel has conference facilities to provide for a great variety of functions, ranging from meetings for 6 delegates, conferences of up to 300 delegates, to weddings for up to 500 guests. We also do outside catering, theme evenings, barbeques and so much more.

There are three main conference venues:

The Tsodilo Suite

Tsodilo Suite which combines into a venue for 350 people schoolroom seating, or can be split to accommodate 120 people each. For formal dinners and theme evenings, 220 guests can be accommodated

Linyanti Conference Rooms

The Linyanti Conference rooms which can seat from as few as 6 to as many as 200 guests, is located on either side of the @ the Office Bar. By removing the room dividers, the Linyanti rooms are ideal for private parties of up to 400 people.

Astoria Boardroom

The Astoria Boardroom is the perfect exclusive venue for 10-30 delegates. The views from the private balcony overlooking the golf course are breathtaking, especially at sunset.

All our function rooms have wall to wall carpeting and air-conditioning and equipment such as PA systems and audiovisual equipment can be provided.
